When are the meetings?

Meetings are on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 EST via Zoom. They are only open to members and possibly invited speakers in the future.

 Afterward, they will be posted to our YouTube channel for public access and for anyone who couldn’t make the meetings. You can view all of the archives and past meetings here .


Why Have Meetings?

Meetings let us close old business decisions and open new ones as they come up.  

They offer transparency on what is going on and move the Organization forward in an organized fashion.


What are the dues and funds being used for?

Currently, the dues are paying for the website. In the future, the plan is pay for shows, Awards, brochures, etc. We have both monthly and annual (public) reports that show all of the income and expenses, as well as current totals for people to see.


Is anyone being paid from the funds?

No, the officers and members are all strictly volunteers.


How can I be involved in the club and shows?

You can start by promoting quail in your area!  Talk to kids, ag teachers, 4h clubs, etc.  Join the Facebook group for members only, and let us know how you are doing it and what you are working on to lead others in starting in their hometowns.


How are the fees structured?

The fee is annual and will be charged/renewed automatically until you change it.

Youths are $5/year and have no voting rights

Basic memberships are $25/year 

Professional Memberships are $50/year and you will be included in the directory
